Impact\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7a31\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u8a08\u5283\uff09\uff0c\u4ee5\u5c0b\u6c42\u4e00\u500b\u6240\u6709\u8cc7\u672c\u6d41\u52d5\u548c\u6295\u8cc7\u90fd\u63a8\u9032\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u76ee\u6a19\u800c\u975e\u504f\u96e2\u76ee\u6a19\u7684\u4e16\u754c\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u5df2\u5236\u5b9a\u4e00\u5957\u6a19\u6e96\uff0c\u52a0\u5f37\u4e26\u9a57\u8b49\u6211\u5011\u662f\u5426\u6709\u5c0d\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u53ca\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u76ee\u6a19\u7684\u5be6\u73fe\u505a\u51fa\u8ca2\u737b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u4ec0\u9ebc\u662f\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u76ee\u6a19\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u8a08\u5283\uff1f<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u76ee\u6a19\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u8a08\u5283<\/strong><\/strong>\u662f\u806f\u5408\u570b\u958b\u767c\u8a08\u5283\u7f72\uff08UNDP\uff09\u6240\u63a8\u51fa\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u5021\u8b70\uff0c\u81f4\u529b\u70ba\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u76ee\u6a19\u52d5\u54e1\u79c1\u4eba\u8cc7\u672c\u3002\u7576\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u76ee\u6a19\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u4efd\u70ba\u4eba\u985e\u958b\u5275\u66f4\u7f8e\u597d\u5c07\u4f86\u7684\u85cd\u5716\uff0c\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u8a08\u5283\u7684\u9858\u666f\u662f\u4fc3\u9032\u6295\u8cc7\uff0c\u5f15\u5c0e\u8cc7\u91d1\u6d41\u5411\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u4ee5\u57282030\u5e74\u524d\u5be6\u73fe\u76ee\u6a19\u3002\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u8a08\u5283\u70ba\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\u548c\u4f01\u696d\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u5957\u6e05\u6670\u5de5\u5177\uff0c\u843d\u5be6\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u76ee\u6a19\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u76ee\u6a19\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u8a08\u5283\u7684\u7279\u8cea\u662f\u4ec0\u9ebc\uff1f<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u76ee\u6a19\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u8a08\u5283<\/strong>\u662f\u4e00\u500b<strong>\u5167\u90e8\u6c7a\u7b56\u6846\u67b6<\/strong>\uff0c\u800c\u975e\u5831\u544a\u6a19\u6e96\u3002\u5f88\u591a\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u6c38\u7e8c\u50c5\u88ab\u8996\u70ba\u4f01\u696d\u7684\u9644\u52a0\u54c1\uff1b\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u662f\uff0c\u6c38\u7e8c\u61c9\u6210\u70ba\u6240\u6709\u4f01\u696d\u958b\u5c55\u696d\u52d9\u7684\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u63a8\u52d5\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u8a08\u5283\u662f\u70ba\u4e86\u5e6b\u52a9\u4f01\u696d\u548c\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\uff0c\u5c07\u6c38\u7e8c\u76ee\u6a19\u7d0d\u5165\u7ba1\u7406\u548c\u6c7a\u7b56\u904e\u7a0b\u3002\u5176\u9858\u666f\u662f\u5c07\u6c38\u7e8c\u7f6e\u65bc\u5546\u696d\u6a21\u5f0f\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\uff0c\u4e26\u8996\u8ca1\u52d9\u56de\u5831\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u800c\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u4ec0\u9ebc\u662f\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u76ee\u6a19\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u5de5\u5177\uff1f\u8ab0\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f7f\u7528\u5b83\u5011\uff1f<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u76ee\u6a19\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u8a08\u5283<\/strong>\u6d89\u53ca\u5169\u500b\u6838\u5fc3\u5de5\u5177\uff1a<strong>\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u76ee\u6a19\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u6a19\u6e96\uff08SDG Impact Standards\uff09<\/strong>\u548c<strong>\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u76ee\u6a19\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\u5730\u5716 \uff08SDG Investor Maps\uff09<\/strong>\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u662f\u505a\u51fa\u66f4\u597d\u6c7a\u7b56\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u5c07\u6295\u8cc7\u8cc7\u672c\u5c0e\u5411\u6240\u9700\u8981\u7684\u5730\u65b9\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u76ee\u6a19\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u6a19\u6e96\uff08SDG Impact Standards\uff09<\/strong>\u5206\u70ba\u56db\u5927\u985e\u5225\uff1a\u9069\u7528\u65bc<strong>\u4f01\u696d\u3001\u79c1\u52df\u80a1\u6b0a\u57fa\u91d1\u3001\u50b5\u5238\u767c\u884c\u4eba\u3001\u4ee5\u53ca\u8207\u7d93\u6fdf\u5408\u4f5c\u66a8\u767c\u5c55\u7d44\u7e54\uff08OECD\uff09\u5408\u4f5c\u4e4b\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u878d\u8cc7\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u6a19\u6e96<\/strong>\u3002\u6b64\u56db\u985e\u6a19\u6e96\u5074\u91cd\u5404\u898f\u6a21\u7684\u4f01\u696d\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4e2d\u578b\u4f01\u696d\u3001\u5bb6\u5ead\u5f0f\u4f01\u696d\u3001\u8b49\u5238\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\u6216\u5730\u65b9\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\u7684\u6c7a\u7b56\u3002 \u6295\u8cc7\u8005\u4e5f\u53ef\u4f7f\u7528\u9019\u5957\u6a19\u6e96\u5236\u5b9a\u6295\u8cc7\u6307\u5357\uff0c\u4e26\u958b\u59cb\u601d\u8003\u300c\u6211\u5011\u6709\u5426\u628a\u9322\u7528\u5230\u5c0d\u7684\u5730\u65b9\uff1f\u300d\u5206\u6790\u5e2b\u3001\u9867\u554f\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u4ee5\u81f3\u653f\u7b56\u5236\u5b9a\u8005\u4e5f\u53ef\u4f7f\u7528\u9019\u5957\u6a19\u6e96\u5236\u5b9a\u653f\u7b56\u548c\u696d\u52d9\u7684\u71df\u904b\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e0d\u65b7\u671f\u671b\u4f01\u696d\u5728\u73fe\u6709\u76e3\u7ba1\u5236\u5ea6\u4e0b\u53d6\u5f97\u7e3e\u6548\u662f\u4e0d\u516c\u5e73\u7684\u3002\u6539\u8b8a\u76e3\u7ba1\u5236\u5ea6\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u624d\u53ef\u80fd\u4fdd\u6709\u5275\u696d\u5275\u65b0\u7cbe\u795e\u4ee5\u53ca\u5275\u9020\u529b\u3002\u793e\u6703\u4f5c\u70ba\u7e3d\u9ad4\uff0c\u5c31\u53ef\u6295\u653e\u6240\u6709\u7cbe\u795e\u548c\u71b1\u60c5\u5728\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u76ee\u6a19\u4e0a\uff0c\u800c\u975e\u50c5\u50c5\u8ffd\u6c42\u8ca1\u52d9\u56de\u5831\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div Standards\uff09\uff1f<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u76ee\u6a19\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u6a19\u6e96\uff08SDG Impact Standards\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7a31\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u6a19\u6e96\uff09<\/strong>\u59cb\u65bc2018\u5e74\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u8f49\u8b8a\u89c0\u5ff5\u548c\u6539\u8b8a\u884c\u70ba\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u6c7a\u7b56\u3002\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u6a19\u6e96\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u5957\u5171\u540c\u8a9e\u8a00\u548c\u5171\u4eab\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u5e6b\u52a9\u7d44\u7e54\u5c07\u6c38\u7e8c\u6027\u878d\u5165\u7ba1\u7406\u548c\u6295\u8cc7\u5be6\u8e10\u3002\u5be6\u969b\u4e0a\uff0c\u6a19\u6e96\u4ea6\u6709\u52a9\u79c1\u71df\u90e8\u9580\u5f9e\u7b26\u5408\u6c38\u7e8c\u76ee\u6a19\u843d\u5be6\u5230\u5be6\u8e10\u6c38\u7e8c\u76ee\u6a19\uff0c\u5f9e\u8861\u91cf\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u5230\u7ba1\u7406\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\uff0c\u6700\u7d42\u5f9e\u975e\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u5230\u6c38\u7e8c\u3002\u9019\u5957\u6a19\u6e96\u662f\u5f71\u97ff\u672a\u4f86\u7e3e\u6548\u7684\u4ee3\u7406\u548c\u9818\u5148\u6307\u6a19\u3002\u900f\u904e\u6709\u6548\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u7ba1\u7406\u548c\u6c7a\u7b56\uff0c\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u6a19\u6e96\u5c07\u70ba\u5be6\u73fe\u4ee5\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u70ba\u6838\u5fc3\u7684\u65b0\u7d93\u71df\u548c\u6295\u8cc7\u65b9\u5f0f\u92ea\u8def\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u6a19\u6e96\u4e5f\u95dc\u6ce8\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u662f\u8ca1\u52d9\u56de\u5831\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u4ea6\u5305\u62ec\u5c0d\u5168\u4eba\u985e\u672a\u4f86\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5be6\u8e10\u4e0a\uff0c\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u6a19\u6e96\u5c07\u5e6b\u52a9\u7d44\u7e54\u5f9e\u56db\u5927\u65b9\u91dd\uff1a<strong>\u7b56\u7565\u3001\u7ba1\u7406\u3001\u900f\u660e\u5ea6\u548c\u6cbb\u7406\uff0c<\/strong>\u5c07\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u539f\u5247\u878d\u5165\u4f01\u696d\u65e5\u5e38\u6587\u5316<strong>\uff0c<\/strong>\u63a8\u52d5\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u7e3e\u6548\u3002\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u8a08\u5283\u4e26\u4e0d\u610f\u5473\u8457\u53ea\u9078\u64c7\u4e00\u9805\u6c38\u7e8c\u76ee\u6a19\uff0c\u7a0d\u5fae\u505a\u5f97\u6bd4\u53bb\u5e74\u597d\u3002\u6211\u5011\u9700\u8981\u66f4\u5168\u9762\u5730\u4e86\u89e3\u6211\u5011\u7684\u696d\u52d9\u5c0d\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u76ee\u6a19\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u6b64\u6a19\u6e96\u8981\u6c42\u7d44\u7e54\u8a8d\u8b58\u5230\u6c7a\u7b56\u6d89\u53ca\u6b0a\u8861\u53d6\u6368\uff0c\u4e26\u4fc3\u4f7f\u4ed6\u5011\u505a\u51fa\u6b63\u78ba\u7684\u9078\u64c7\u3002\u9019\u5c07\u662f\u4e00\u9805\u4f01\u696d\u6587\u5316\u7684\u8b8a\u9769\u8a08\u5283\uff0c\u5f9e\u50c5\u50c5\u5831\u544a\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u76ee\u6a19\u9032\u7a0b\uff0c\u8f49\u8b8a\u70ba\u628a\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u76ee\u6a19\u7f6e\u65bc\u696d\u52d9\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div Washing\uff09<strong>\u53ca\u5f69\u8679\u6f02\u6d17\uff08Rainbow Washing\uff09<\/strong>\uff1f<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u91d1\u878d\u5e02\u5834\u4e0a\uff0c\u6cd5\u5f8b\u898f\u5b9a\u4f01\u696d\u9032\u884c\u8ca1\u52d9\u5be9\u8a08\u4ee5\u4fdd\u8b77\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\u3002\u5be9\u8a08\u5e2b\u70ba\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\u800c\u975e\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u5229\u76ca\u884c\u4e8b\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\u662f\u63d0\u4ea4\u8ca1\u52d9\u5831\u8868\u4e26\u63a5\u53d7\u5be9\u8a08\u4ee5\u7b26\u5408\u570b\u969b\u6703\u8a08\u6a19\u6e96\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5728\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u8207\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u4e0a\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u537b\u7f3a\u4e4f\u4e00\u5957\u985e\u4f3c\u7684\u6e96\u5247\u3002\u5168\u7403\u7684\u4f01\u696d\u6703\u88fd\u4f5c\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u5831\u544a\uff0c\u6709\u90e8\u5206\u4ea6\u6703\u63a5\u53d7\u5be9\u8a08\uff0c\u4f46\u5927\u591a\u91dd\u5c0d\u516c\u53f8\u7ba1\u7406\u7e3e\u6548\uff0c\u800c\u975e\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u6216\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\u3002\u6211\u5011\u771f\u6b63\u8981\u4fc3\u9032\u7684\u662f\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u7ba1\u7406\u8207\u6c7a\u7b56\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u8981\u7b26\u5408\u516c\u53f8\u5229\u76ca\uff0c\u9084\u8981\u7b26\u5408\u9ad4\u9a57\u696d\u52d9\u71df\u904b\u5f8c\u679c\u7684\u5168\u4eba\u985e\u5229\u76ca\u3002\u826f\u597d\u7684\u5be6\u8e10\u548c\u5167\u90e8\u6c7a\u7b56\u80fd\u5e36\u4f86\u8f03\u9ad8\u900f\u660e\u5ea6\u7684\u5831\u544a\uff0c\u63d0\u5347\u5be6\u73fe\u6c38\u7e8c\u76ee\u6a19\u7684\u7e3e\u6548\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u90fd\u662f\u70ba\u63a8\u52d5\u8b8a\u9769\u6240\u9808\u6295\u653e\u7684\u52aa\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9452\u65bc\u76ee\u524d\u7684\u6cc1\u72c0\uff0c\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u8a08\u5283\u6b63\u540c\u6b65\u958b\u767c\u4e00\u500b\u958b\u6e90\u7684<strong>\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u8a8d\u8b49\u6846\u67b6<strong>\uff08Impact assurance framework\uff09<\/strong><\/strong>\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u6a19\u6e96\u66f4\u70ba\u5b8c\u5584\uff0c\u63a1\u7528\u6700\u4f4e\u9580\u6abb\u4ee5\u9f13\u52f5\u7d44\u7e54\u53c3\u8207\u8a8d\u8b49\u904e\u7a0b\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u8981\u6c42\u4f01\u696d\u5b9a\u671f\u66f4\u65b0\uff08\u4e0d\u53ea\u662f\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u7684\uff09\uff0c\u6700\u5f8c\u4f46\u540c\u6a23\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u9010\u6b65\u628a\u6c38\u7e8c\u5d4c\u5165\u5230\u8a2d\u8a08\u7576\u4e2d\uff0c\u9054\u81f4\u6700\u4f73\u5be6\u8e10\u3002\u9019\u5c07\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u5c55\u793a\u7d44\u7e54\u884c\u70ba\u8868\u73fe\u7684\u8a8d\u8b49\u6846\u67b6\uff0c\u9054\u6a19\u8005\u5c07\u7372<strong>\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u76ee\u6a19\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u6a19\u7c64\uff08SDG
