Alessia Falsarone is a practitioner faculty at the University of Chicago leading the Circular Economy and Sustainable Business Management program. She previously spent fifteen years as Managing Director, head of sustainable investing for a global asset manager in New York, and also held investment leadership roles with AIG and Citigroup. Alessia serves as independent director in public and private corporate boards in Europe and the UK, and is part of high-level advisory groups promoting environmental and climate finance including the International Sustainability Standards Board. An award-winning author, she is a graduate of Stanford University, MIT Sloan School, and Bocconi University.
