Mengyao Kang is a Research Fellow of the Sustainable and Green Finance Institute (SGFIN) at National University of Singapore (NUS). Her research interests are focused on mergers and acquisitions (M&As), board connections, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) reporting. She obtained her Ph.D. in Finance from Singapore Management University.
