Hong Kong’s Social Impact Measurement Gap: Key Findings and Pathways Forward
Hong Kong’s social sector is at an inflection point. With rising donor scrutiny, tightening budgets, and ESG reporting mandates, organizations face mounting pressure to prove their impact. Yet, as Purpose Impact Action’s (PIA) pioneering Hong Kong specific research reveals (Purpose Impact Action, 2025), the sector remains polarized – split between adopters of impact measurement and those struggling to start.
