Alida Taghiyeva is an Engagement Manager at Value for Women, where she leads research and advisory engagements focused on embedding gender inclusion into business and financial systems. She brings extensive experience in mixed-methods research, capacity building, and market engagement across Asia-Pacific, Sub-Saharan Africa, and the Middle East, working with organisations such as GSMA, EIB, UN ESCAP, FAO, and ITU. She holds an MSc in Development Studies from SOAS, University of London.
