Dr. Shen is Associate Dean of the School of Management and Director of the Sustainability Leadership Program at the Graduate College of Sustainability and Green Energy, National Central University. He also serves on the boards of the HannStar Foundation, Yang Sheng Foundation, Taiwan Impact Investing Association, Social Impact Institute of Taiwan, and the Chinese Enterprise Resource Planning Society. He holds several international certifications, including Advanced Practitioner of Social Value and SROI, Accredited Trainer for Social Value International and the UNDP SDG Impact Standards, Certified Trainer in Natural Capital for Business Decision-Making, and Certified Practitioner in Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Benchmarks. He is also a member of the translation committees for the Social & Human Capital Protocol by the Capitals Coalition and Tackling Inequality: An Agenda for Business Action by the Business Commission to Tackle Inequality.
