Shoshana Grossman-Crist is the Knowledge & Insights Manager at Value for Women. There, she spearheads a range of publications, including the report and podcast series “Pathways for Success: Women’s Entrepreneurship in Southeast Asia” and the report “Policy Landscaping to Advance a Transparent Implementation of the Women's Empowerment Principles in ASEAN”.

Shoshana has over 15 years of international development experience in both leadership and field positions across sectors, notably with the Inter-American Development Bank, Danone, Chemonics, TechnoServe, and local non-governmental organizations. She holds a master’s degree in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health.
