Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD)

Definition

An international organization that works to build better policies for better lives. Together with governments, policy makers and citizens, the OECD works on establishing international norms and finding evidence-based solutions to social, economic and environmental challenges. It provides a forum and knowledge hub for data and analysis, exchange of experiences, best practice sharing, and advice on public policies and global standard setting. Over the past decades, the OECD has been engaged in a growing number of international efforts focused on impact measurement.
